A professionally qualified and highly experienced HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST with extensive knowledge and skills in Training and Development. Worked as a Senior Professor in the area of behavioural sciences at the Anna Institute of Management for fifteen years.  Has organized and functioned as a main resource person for more than three hundred and fifty management development programmes designed for the Senior Executives working in Public and Private Sectors.

         Presently working as a Senior Professor and as a chairperson for corporate programmes in Loyola Institute of Business Administration (LIBA).  In 2005 and 2006, he was the Dean of the institute in incharge of PGDBM programme.
